AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION THUS FAR:
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Amendment II
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
Amendment III
No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
Amendment VI
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.
Amendment VII
In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
Amendment VIII
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Amendment IX
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

Proposed Amendment: "Only a marriage between one man and one woman shall be valid or recognized as a marriage in this state. A legal status identical or substantially similar to that of marriage for unmarried indiviudals shall not be valid or recognized in this state."
Some how that doesn't seem to match with the rest of the amendments. Most of them GIVE people rights, not TAKE THEM AWAY.

Ahhhh I almost went blind today. Well not really. So I was sewing this HUGE pair of drapes that were ungodly thick and when I went to sew the darts into them the needle snapped off and flew up and hit me in the eye. THE EYE. I got hit in the eye with needle shards!
I'm okay though.

for the record 6 flags to fucking amazing. even though...
i didn't throw up there was no slutty asian man Brian AND David were gone some very frightening women came up to Meagan, Johnnie and I and was very shaddily asking us if we wanted our picture taken the lines were rather long and i'm poor now because icees cost $5 inside the park vs the $1 at the BK across the street kelly NOT loosing her shoe in the middle of the HIGHWAY while crossing it to go to BK, and you know what that means? i didn't have to run back into the middle of the HIGHWAY to get it. yes!
other things that made it amazing...
laughing at carl and marsha and cara hustle seeing Kev-Kev (only not but there was a man named Kevin there) not talking to Jusin... also seeing Adam K reborn as a 20 something, college dropout, who has decided to take his job at the Rue le Doge (ie the bumper cars) very seriously (PS Adam, at that point you will have changed your name to Chris) oh the rides were amazing, mostly because they just are pushing middle-schoolers down the stairs and kicking them in the teeth (except not, but i could see it so vividly it was like it happened) and of course...PANDA EXPRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!! i totally didn't image that it was there, oh no and we will make it to panda express even if we have to walk around the ENTIRE park just to find it wonderful photo booth pictures this year, considering that they were ment to hold 2 people at max...not 7, but i think we got 3 pictures were everyone was represented
all and all...wonderful day

Random update of new things.
The lady I work for might be the nicest lady ever! Considering when I came to work after the AP Euro test she was like "did you have a snack after school?" I told her I had some gushers for lunch and then she just smiled at me and told me to help myself to some string cheese and crackers in the frig.
AP Euro test = ORGANIZED SPORTS umm what the fuck? I was very tempted to write that I didn't support orgainzed sports but that probably wouldn't have gone over too well.
D-ville Prom on Sat. so much fun to see all of my old friends again. I never ever get so see them anymore so I was excited beyon belief.
Speical news update: Kelly and I totally make the best alternative lifestyle couple EVER. Those of you who don't know what I'm talking about should have gone to the dance competition on Saturday.

So camping wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. We planted trees forever in the morning. The park rangers had a bottle of brandy in the frig in their office type thing.
I got a job. I real one. That pays money. Mostly because mumzie has been harassing me for ages to go back to work, "at least on the weekends." Strangelyshe was not pleased with the fact that I got a job, mostly because it is in Madison and not at the hell hole, also known as Hi-Point Steak House. It shouldn't be that bad.
Grades came. No one was pleased with them. Personally I blame it on spring. But in all honestly it's mostly because I'm stubborn and Ms. Lorenz is ridiculous. I don't care what she says, I tried to turn in my ONE missing assignment and she was like "oh, hold onto it. I trust that you finished it. I'll mark it down." Obviously not. I don't have any explanation for the rest of them. Whatever. I'm really ready to be done with school. Not just this year, but the whole high school thing in general. Who besides the college admissions person is going to care what grade I got in junior Algebra? No one that's who.
